or 614-732-1911 for pricing and availability information. We can handle your reservation over the phone. Typically,
half of the run amount is required to hold the limo for you. (If half is too much right now, we can work with you on
the amount of deposit.)
You may also send us an email at odysseylimos@aol.com telling us your name and contact information and which of our cars or limousines you were intrested in, type
of service you were interested in (wedding, bachelor, bachelorette party, hourly-as-directed, etc) date and
times of service, pick up and drop off locations, destinations and any other special requests and we will send you an
email back with a price quote.
A PRICE QUOTE FOR SERVICE BY PHONE OR EMAIL IS NOT CONSIDERED A BOOKING UNTIL
WE RECEIVE A DEPOSIT ON A MAJOR CREDIT CARD.
Deposits
are non-refundable, since we turn down other business on the limousine once we book it to you.
If there is a weather,
mechanical or other emergency that prevents us from delivering limousine service, we will refund your deposit.
If you should have some type of emergency preventing you from
taking delivery of limousine service, we can apply your deposit toward another date of service depending on availability.
Please note: Since our prices are so competitive and there simply aren't many car or limousine companies
in the Central Ohio area, we can not guarantee a replacement vehicle at the same price we quoted you, if any at all,
for that matter in the event of a mechanical breakdown or other emergency.
You are agreeing that you (or any member of your party)...
- Understand that it is illegal to stand up in a sunroof in a moving
vehicle in the state of Ohio. If people attempt this behavior, the driver will warn them and if they persist he
or she will pull the limousine over and/or lock the sunroof. Standing up in an operational sunroof in a parked
limousine is okay for pictures, etc. so long as no damage is being done to the gasket or seal around the window. It
is the driver's right to ask people to get out of the sunroof if he or she feels they are causing damage.
- Will not IGNITE any materials in the limousine (cigars, cigarettes, fireworks, lighters, birthday
candles, etc.)
- Understand that your driver may
not be able to keep the limousine parked for extended periods of time in front of establishments on busy streets and you must
coordinate a time to be picked up from these establishments.
- Will not harass or annoy the driver or otherwise interfere with safe operation of the limousine and
that this can also be considered grounds for termination of limousine service without refund or remedy.
- Will not play music so loud that it starts to distort, indicating the speakers
are about to "blow". The driver reserves the right to cut main power to the back until the music is turned
down to a reasonable level.
- Understand that the buttons
and knobs in the limousine ARE NOT TOYS and that pushing the buttons and turning knobs excessively may damage
the electrical components in the limousine and you could be liable for damage fees. This includes bar and decorative
lights, divider window, sound system, climate control, sunroof, locks and windows.
- Understand that ABUSE (verbal or otherwise) of driver OR ANY owner or representative of Odyssey Premier
Limousines by you or any member of your party grounds for immediate termination of service with no refund or remedy.
- Will not conduct illegal
activity in or from the limousine (including assault, indecent exposure, serving alcohol to minors or throwing or dumping
trash from the limo) and that doing so is considered grounds for termination of limousine service with no refund or remedy.
- Understand that stated vehicle size, i.e.,
8, 10, 12 or 14 passengers implies persons of AVERAGE size and that LOADING THE VEHICLE TO FULL CAPACITY MEANS THAT YOU WILL
BE SITTING IN VERY CLOSE PROXIMITY to others in the vehicle and that for your comfort Odyssey Limousines STRONGLY RECOMMENDS
AGAINST SUCH PRACTICES. If your party is so heavy it causes the limo to drag on the ground, we reserve
the right to ask you to cut your party size or cancel service with no refund.
- Understand that air conditioning in the limousine only cools the vehicle
10-12 degrees colder than outside temperatures and that Odyssey Limousines does not offer refunds for
discomfort due to weather.
- Understand
that because of the long wheel base, there are certain terrains that are impassable for limousines. I.e. sharp elevations
over railroad tracks, elevated sidewalks in front of gas stations, steep driveways, etc. and that it is the driver's discretion
as to where the limo can go, including taking an alternate route to avoid such situations.
- Are renting the limousine at your own risk; that since Odyssey offers such competitive limousine rates and many
other limousine companies in the area have gone out of business, they may not be able to find a replacement limousine,
IF ANY, for you at the same price you were quoted by Odyssey in the event of a vehicle breakdown.
- Will be responsible for any damages you or
any member of your party do to the limousine (including clean-up fee of $250 should someone become ill on the
carpeting, bar or upholstery of the vehicle).
- Will be responsible for all personal items brought on board the limousine (i.e. hold Odyssey Premier
Limousines harmless for lost items).
- Hold Odyssey Limousines harmless
for any losses incurred as a result of weather, traffic, mechanical difficulty, driver error, act of war or any other unforseen
circumstance.
- Make all of the members of your party aware of these contract
terms.
- Authorize Odyssey Premier Limousines to charge your credit card for the balance due for service and/or damages.
- Will enjoy yourselves
and have a good time!
