We are happy to announce our online booking service!
This online service agreement gives you the same assurance that
you will receive limousine service for the dates, times and locations that you request as the paper form did! (But saves the
trees!)
Once you submit your request for service, we will confirm availability
and provide you with a quote. (Usually within 1 or 2 business days.) Please be advised that we book up quickly
at some times of the year (i.e. Friday and Saturday nights from mid-April until the end of May due to prom volume and for
popular concerts and for some holidays.)
If you would like to go ahead and book your limo, you can contact
us by telephone (for your security) to give us your credit card number. Typically, half of the run amount is required
to hold the limo for you. (If half is too much right now, we can work with you on the amount of deposit.)
Deposits are non-refundable, since we turn down other business on
the limousine once we book it to you. If there is a weather, mechanical or other emergency that prevents us from delivering
limousine service, we will refund your deposit.
If you should have some type of emergency preventing you from taking
delivery of limousine service, we can apply your deposit toward another date of service depending on availability.
By filling out the above form and submitting it to us, you are agreeing
to the dates, times, locations and directions specified in your quote request and the terms of service listed below:
You are agreeing that you (or any member of your party)...
Will not...
- ignite any materials
in the limousine (cigars, cigarettes, birthday candles, matches, lighters, fireworks, etc.);
- interfere with safe operation of the limousine;
- conduct illegal activity in or from the limousine (including serving alcohol to minors).
You are agreeing that you will... - be responsible for any damages you do to the limousine (including clean-up fees should someone become
ill or otherwise soil the interior of vehicle);
- be responsible for all personal items brought on board the limousine (i.e. hold Odyssey Premier Limousines harmless for
lost items)
- authorize Odyssey Premier Limousines to
charge your credit card for the balance due for service and/or damages.
