Our service agreement gives you assurance that you will receive limousine service for the dates, times and locations
that you requested.
We do require a deposit to reserve your limousine.
Typically, half of the run amount is required to hold the limo for you. This becomes a non-refundable deposit, since we
turn down other business on that vehicle when we book it to you. Should you have some type of major emergency, we can let
you apply your deposit to a different date of service, depending the circumstances.
Other
terms of our service agreement are as follows:
You (or any member
of your party)...
Will not...
- ignite any materials
in the limousine (cigars, cigarettes, birthday candles, matches, lighters, fireworks, etc.);
- interfere with safe operation
of the limousine;
- conduct illegal activity in or from the limousine (including serving alcohol to minors).
You
are agreeing that you will... - be responsible for any damages you do to the limousine (including clean-up fees
should someone become ill or otherwise soil the interior of vehicle);
- be responsible for all personal items brought
on board the limousine.
